History

In the rare topography among the majestic pine forests of East Texas, is unique; undulating, expansive and rich natural features and untapped potential that was undefinable.

The collective inspiration to create something unlike any other, simple by unique, friendships grow into partnerships and the idea gave way to reality.

Quickly, The Tiger Woods-designed championship golf course and The Playgrounds took shape and opened officially in 2015, and the community, infrastructure and carefully curated amenities followed.

Bluejack National has received numerous honors as one of Texas’ and the nation’s best private golf residential communities. Members Suites, Cottages and Sunday Homes were the first to bring residential life to Bluejack and soon thereafter custom home residences began to dot the landscape.

In 2016, The Greeter's Barn was completed, and the first Member Suites, Cottages, and Sunday Homes were constructed.

In 2017, construction was completed on the first Custom Homes at Bluejack National, as well as the opening of Cottage Enclave 2.

In 2018, we celebrated the opening of The Fort, offering even more eventful and fun-filled family amenities including a casual burger joint and bar, two swimming pools, pickleball courts, two bowling lanes, a “mini-Fenway” whiffle-ball diamond, a football field, the Tennis Center and expanded walking trails that meander through the community.

In 2019, the Walking Trail System was completed, as well as the Tennis Courtyard.

In 2020, Bluejack National opened The Lemon Drop, as well as The Shed, a world-class golf performance training facility.

This was followed up by the completion of the 12th hole comfort station now known as The Bluejack Jerky Shack and Whiskey House.
